THE STORY
Meet Meagan
flowers make my heart sing; sunshine coaxes me out of bed in the morning; the deep blue ocean is my happy place; hosting a dinner party with close friends and family is my jam. I believe life is made for love and adventures.
Hi! I’m Meagan
I’m a mama & navy-wife living on the beautiful coast of Vancouver Island with our golden retriever pup finding joy, reconnecting with my wild-soul, and cultivating abundance.
Currently serving clients as a Wedding Florist and also as a Certified Mindset Coach (and in hypnotherapy, EFT tapping, Neural Energetic Encoding, Neural Energetic Wiring, and in Holistic Nutrition.
I met my Navy husband in 2016 while he was on a posting in my hometown of Niagara. By the end of 2018, we were married and had moved across the country to Victoria. With that, I uprooted my almost 7-year-old wedding planning & floral business and haven’t looked back.
I do a lot of things and instead of trying to navigate life inside the box, I built a brand around my passion for living a slow, intentional, sustainable and abundant life.
In 2020, I made the decision to remove wedding planning from my services. I wanted more time to spend with my daughter and with the Pandemic, it was becoming clear what my passions were. I focused on building community, making authentic connections and creating a space of our own.
To take you back a decade and a bit… I thought I was going to become a pastry chef, I even earned a scholarship. My dream in high school was to design beautiful wedding cakes. After working in a bakery for a full-day co-op program, I quickly realized it was better to leave it as a hobby rather than turn it into a career.
I ended up getting a diploma in Business and then moved into becoming a certified hair and makeup artist. I started my first business in the wedding industry when I was just 19 years old!
